MAGIC INGREDIENT LLC is a forward-deployed AI practice. The bottleneck in enterprise AI is no longer model capability — it's the gap between a demo that impresses in a meeting and a system that survives production, a security review, and a regulator. That last mile is where most AI initiatives stall. Closing it is the whole job.
So I work the way Palantir's forward-deployed engineers pioneered: I embed with your team, in your environment, and learn the real problem by building inside it — not by handing you a questionnaire. You work directly with me, the engineer doing the work, not a junior who inherits a slide deck. Every engagement is shipped on Grove, my own workflow orchestration engine, so what I learn on one problem compounds into reusable, governed infrastructure instead of throwaway scripts.
Grove coordinates multi-step AI — reasoning, tool calls, and decisions — into structured, auditable pipelines. Every workflow is versioned and immutable, carries data-classification and ownership metadata, and can produce a compliance document and a provable-deletion record on demand. It's the difference between an AI you hope behaves and one you can prove behaved.
You choose how it's hosted: I can run it for you, or deploy it into your own cloud so your data and infrastructure never leave your control — the model regulated teams need. Either way, you own the outcome and get a system your own engineers can read, audit, and extend after I've rolled off.
The goal is simple: get real AI out of the demo stage and into production — past your security review, past your compliance team, and onto the revenue or cost line it was supposed to move.

We've been tinkering with technology since the days of green phosphor screens and 5.25" floppies.
